The company, Glytabs Quality Assurance Consultants Ltd (RC 645554), is an offshoot of Glytabs Ventures Limited (RC 274469), which is a privately owned Nigerian based initiative of the principal consultant, incorporated on 20th June 1995.
The company was born out of the recognition of the dearth of professionals with strong commitment to the ideals of providing qualitative services and integrity-driven delivery through theoretical and industrial expertise and experience, in an environment where there is a glaring absence of sound quality consciousness and many abandoned and poorly executed projects dot the landscape across the length and breadth of the country.
This situation often either leaves many investors unprotected on the health of their projects and/or businesses, or otherwise forces them to depend on available expertise outside the shores of the country, many of whom also pursue their own selfish interests with nothing at stake despite the astronomic costs of hiring such services.
The result is the non-sustainability of such projects and their eventual collapse evident across the various sectors of the economy, and the attendant negative impact on our growth and development, despite the quest for our rapid industrialization and provision of basic amenities to the people on a sustainable basis as a cardinal objective of providing the much-desired dividends of democracy.
Our vision is to fill the yawning gap in the delivery of Quality Standards and Processes in various sectors of Nigeria including project management in such diverse areas as foods and beverages, health, water, safety, agricultural, environmental and other industrial sectors, by providing investors with proven technical expertise at their finger-tips for tackling the myriad of cumbersome technical, management/ business development and training issues which often pose real threats to investment survival and sustainability.
The confidence to achieve this vision comes from over thirty years experience in various roles in the research, academic and industrial sectors of the country with landmark innovations and achievements, as well as the assembly of a team of professionals of like minds with excellence as our watchword.
We therefore intend to be the major provider of sustainable quality assurance consultancy for business development in Nigeria, through partnership with all categories of investors to provide technical services in areas such as quality assurance, standards compliance monitoring, performance testing and training services, product/systems certification, as well as investigative audits or due diligence studies both for existing and new businesses in the food and beverage industry.
